one-to-one coaching
An opportunity to step out of the 'day to day' and think 'big picture'.
A well trained coach has a high level of self awareness and is trained to notice when judgement clouds thinking. Crooked thinking is challenged so that assumptions lose significance. I will challenge you and help you see what you can’t easily see yourself.
I offer the opportunity to think more slowly, to think aloud, space to reflect and plan. A place outside the firefighting, to re-steer.

"Working with Lorraine has increased my confidence as a leader and helped me better understand how the way I think, impacts my confidence – and that I can control it. The sessions helped me learn about how my style of thinking could be altered in a way that would affect my behaviour. Our coaching sessions also helped me understand my skills set more deeply that I hadn’t fully appreciated, as an asset to myself and my team. Lorraine made me feel at ease from the start, she is very supportive and always kept in touch to see how I was progressing, which was really appreciated."
