I work with teams who want to be high performing, building their capacity to achieve business growth.
I do this by helping teams identify blockages to uniting as a collective and develop outcome focussed actions to remove them.
Teams improve levels of trust, communication focus and direction.

Clients come to me with a sense of stagnation, often a disengaged team and lack of focus on how to action ideas. I equip teams with tools to have difficult conversations, so you can build trust and the resilience required, to move through blockages.
I don’t tell teams what I think because I’m there to build their own capacity to think. The power of team coaching can be transformative.

My costs
Prices start from £550 – £15,000
Prices depend on length of programme and level of interventions required.
Examples of Pricing
I have provided a 3 hour session on strategy alignment at £550.
I have designed a coaching programme for 6 senior managers to include 3 x1:1 and 3 x team sessions, 360 feedback and reporting for £6,950
I have been called in to problem solve a toxic team, enable staff restructuring, creating individual development plans for 26 members of staff and board development work over 6 months for £15,000.
